As your Company Secretary, we’ll handle all the key duties of dealing with the Company’s books and maintaining these to reflect the composition of the Company’s shareholders or members, Directors and Company Secretary. In addition, we’ll co-ordinate and implement all of the extra tasks that come with the role, from preparing and issuing share certificates to completing and filing annual returns, convening Directors’ and Shareholders’ meetings, responding to enquiries about the Company’s structure and acting as co-signatory with the Directors for contractual documents.
