Coronavirus Update

We currently have a normal service in place however, there may be issues if our staff are affected or directives are issued by the government.

Broadlands currently have the following in place to provide continuity of service: –

  • Majority of our Property Managers and staff are equipped for home working.
  • We are not accepting any visitors to the office and will not be arranging or attending face to face meetings.
  • We will only attend sites in an emergency.

These measures have been taken to try and protect our staff and our clients.

Our office remains open to calls however, please can we ask that you only call our office should you have an emergency. Please send all queries/requests via email to info@broadlandsem.co.uk.

We must advise all that it may take staff a little longer than usual to deal with your requests but, we will do the best we can.

Service charge payments are requested to be made via online banking, if you have access. The bank details should be confirmed on your invoice. If you cannot make payment via online banking, please do call our office to make payment via debit card over the phone or send a cheque.

With regard to contractors and service providers, we expect they too will have their own policies and issues during this difficult time. Some contractors may not be prepared to enter residential properties, unless in an emergency. Services such as cleaning and gardening etc may continue however, this will depend on the contractor and their policies, along with the directions issued by government. Services could be delayed or temporarily stopped due to the above which is beyond our control.
