Our website is updated as new properties become available. Rental properties are let on extendable six month tenancies but longer terms are also available. We can also provide a range of properties for company lets.
Easy referencing
We make the process of obtaining references very simple, as we're keen to help the right tenants move into the right properties as soon as possible. You can also pay holding deposits by debit or credit card.
References are required for each applicant on behalf of the Landlord. Normally, this will include your company employer, any former Landlord and a character reference. In addition, credit reference and a search of the voters roll register will be carried out. We make sure that all our printed material is free of jargon and easy to understand.
Viewing
As new properties, which match your requirements become available, we will contact you to arrange a viewing. These will be at a time to suit you, which could be in the evening or at weekends. You will always be accompanied by us and we will be able to provide immediate advice and answers to any questions you may have.
Deposit
A deposit equivalent to 6 weeks rent is usually taken to cover any breakages, delapidations or deductions due. The deposit is held by Broadlands in a secure client account until the end of the tenancy.
Peace of Mind
