Service Charges- Your Rights and Obligations
Were you aware that as from October 2007 a summary of rights and obligations in relation to leasehold properties must accompany your service charge invoice.
Section 153 of the Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002 came into effect from that date and all service charge invoices relating to payments due on or after the 1st October 2007 must be accompanied by a summary of your legal rights.
Rent or Buy?
